If you’ve ever been a guest at House of Excellence Hair Salon, you’ve probably noticed a different vibe as soon as you walk in. You’ll find more smiling here than you will at most places. Unlike many salons, you’ll notice team members helping each other in order to stay on schedule and deliver a better experience for you. In fact, it’s not uncommon for you to receive services from one, two or even three people before you leave. It’s all part of our purpose of making your day. Compensating our staff on what’s known as a “team based” system, it allows us to function more efficiently and to allow more flexibility for our guests. Can’t get in with your favorite stylist or maybe just want to try someone else? Go for it! We don’t mind. We actually encourage it! The entire focus of our team is to ensure every guest’s day is being made. This even comes down to products. When our staff is recommending a product, it’s because We truly believe it’s the best product for you, not because they’re trying to make commission on the sale.
We highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure preferred time and availability. We respectfully request if you could arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief consultation and then prep you for your service.
Cancellation Policy & Procedures
To our valued clients,
We understand that unplanned issues can come up. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Our stylists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an
opportunity to be seen.
The charge for no-shows and late cancellations is 50% of your booked service. All no-shows will require a 100% deposit for future appointments.
Effective immediately: House of Excellence will be taking a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of the reservation.
*Please note: The salon offers email and text reminders for your scheduled appointments.
When you receive your text/email reminder, you are required to reply “Y” to confirm.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call the salon or leave a message to cancel or reschedule for another date.

Refunds & Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Salon credit will be issued for returned items. We regretfully do not offer product or service refunds.
