We highly recommend booking your services in advance to ensure preferred time and availability. A credit card number may be required at the time of booking.


We respectfully request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief consultation with you prior to your service.

Late Arrival

Your appointment at House of Excellence is reserved especially for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you must reschedule.


Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a 50% service charge.


We accept:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and cash.


Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests right to privacy and serenity.

When making your appointment please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which may affect your service.


In keeping with our commitment to safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Gift Certificates

An ideal gift for beauty enthusiasts; gift certificates are available year-round at House of Excellence. They can be purchased online, by phone, or at the Front Desk and are valid for one year.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Salon credit may be issued for returned items. We regretfully do not offer product or service refunds.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
